NOTO Celebration of Lights – Grand Opening Day

NOTO officially welcomes our five week long Winter Celebrations season with our Grand Opening Day, NOTO Celebrations of Light. Join us for FREE horse-drawn wagon rides through the District, grand opening and lighting ceremony of the NOTO Celebration Tree, live music and holiday shopping. Shop local by visiting all our NOTO District stores and the NOTO Holiday Market from 11 to 5 each Saturday located inside the NOTO Arts Center. The dates for the five weeks of our NOTO Winter Celebrations and Holiday Market are 11/18, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, and 12/16. The NOTO Winter Celebrations season is proudly presented by Donaldson’s Jewelers.
