Smoke On The Water BBQ Competition

The invitation is open for a fun filled weekend of BBQ at Lake Shawnee. This competition is a KCBS sanctioned event. Friday check in is at 9:00am with a cooks meeting at 5:30pm. Saturday turn ins beginning at 11:55am with chicken followed by ribs, pork butt and brisket. Awards ceremony will begin approximately at 3:30pm.
